Through Feb. 28, the Grand Hyatt Tokyo is offering special winter menus featuring various nabe (hot pot) dishes at its restaurants to warm guests up during the cold winter season.
The French Kitchen is serving a special winter casserole menu that includes salad, a terrine and all-you-can-drink sparkling wine for 90 minutes. Guests can choose their terrine from three selections of the day, as well as one main casserole dish from five selections of the month, including braised Japanese beef cheeks with potato puree and vegetable a la creme; cassoulet with lamb and tomatoes with thyme; and prawn, scallop and fresh fish with a saffron cream sauce. The special dinner is available from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. for ¥6,500 with tax included (service fees are not included).
A wide variety of unique nabe dishes are also available at other dining facilities at the hotel, such as Japanese restaurant Shunbou, steakhouse The Oak Door, Chinese restaurant Chinaroom and teppanyaki restaurant Keyakizaka.
