In celebration of its fifth anniversary, the Prince Park Tower Tokyo will hold a gala dining event from Aug. 23 to 29, inviting chefs from the Diaoyutai State Guesthouse in Beijing.
The Diaoyutai State Guesthouse is a Chinese government complex built on an ancient scenic area with gardens and 800 years of history, and it has been welcoming foreign dignitaries since 1959. Along with the executive chef and other staff, dinnerware will be brought from the guesthouse to authentically re-create Diaoyutai's dishes.
The dining event will be held at the hotel's Chinese restaurant Yomeiden on the first basement floor. There are three lunch courses, at ¥10,000, ¥13,000 and ¥29,000, and three dinner courses, at ¥18,000, ¥29,000 and ¥45,000.
