Acclaimed Australian chef Mark Best will bring a taste of his world-class restaurant Marque — one of the top eateries in the world and winner of the Breakthrough Award in this year's San Pellegrino World's Best Restaurants survey — to The Westin Tokyo from Aug. 1-7.
Best will showcase his culinary skills at the hotel's French restaurant,Victor's, with courses for lunch (from ¥7,000 to ¥12,000) and dinner (¥9,000 to ¥15,000).
A special gala dinner on Aug. 7 for ¥18,500 will feature a six-course menu of Mark's greatest dishes paired with the best wines from New South Wales, Australia.
