The Grand Hyatt Tokyo will hold a Gourmet Journey gala dinner, bidding farewell to Executive Chef Josef Budde and celebrating his time at the hotel since its opening seven years ago.
Special menus for the day will be created by the hotel's top chefs from its seven restaurants and an internationally recognized team of pa^tissiers.
The event welcomes one of the world's premier wine experts, Jean-Marc Nolant from Park Hyatt Shanghai, who will offer hand-selected champagnes and wines from the world's leading wineries.
