Hinokizaka, the Michelin- rated Japanese restaurant at The Ritz-Carlton, Tokyo, will host a wine-pairing dinner featuring wines from the Tomi no Oka Winery on Oct. 15.

A five-course authentic Japanese kaiseki dinner, featuring matsutake mushrooms and other seasonal ingredients, will be served with pairings from the winery in Yamanashi Prefecture.

Among seven wines offered are Tomi Red 1997, which won the top prize at an international wine competition in Bordeaux, France, and three vintages of Tomi Reserve Special, which were released in June in celebration of the winery's 100th anniversary.
