Special kaiseki menu of uni
Sushi restaurant Roku Roku at the Grand Hyatt Tokyo is offering a special course dinner featuring sea urchin (uni) paired with sake.
Sea urchin, in season from May, is one of Japan's most popular and valued seafoods and is said to alleviate fatigue and rejuvenate the skin. Roku Roku uses different types of sea urchin, such as murasaki uni (purple sea urchin) and bafun uni (horse-dung sea urchin), from Hokkaido in the north to Kyushu in the south, to create the nine-dish kaiseki course.
