If there was ever a litmus test for hardcore gamers, "F-Zero GX" (F-Zero), a new antigravity racing game by Nintendo for the GameCube, is that test.
In "F-Zero," players steer high-speed, hovering rockets around futuristic race tracks. While a few tracks are quite simple, most have hairpin and right-angle turns, jumps, 90-degree climbs and other obstacles.
Zooming around these tracks at up to 800 kph with competitors nipping at your heels will leave even the best racers feeling disoriented.
