"Dungeon Siege," a masterful new fantasy game for PCs from Microsoft, brings a Tolkienian world to life. "Krugs" and "droogs" may inhabit this world instead of "orcs" and "hobbits," but this is a Tolkienian world in which men with swords go on grand quests with wizards and archers.
"Dungeon Siege" is a role-playing game of the popular "Diablo" or "Baldur's Gate" variety. Like "Diablo," published by Blizzard Entertainment, this game is viewed from the bird's-eye view.
