April 4-Sept. 27
Both Pablo Picasso and Henri Matisse once described Paul Cezanne as "the father of all of us," with Matisse even going as far as calling him "a sort of God of painting."
Around 20 works by Cezanne featured in this exhibition, including his notable "Landscape in Provence" and "Four Women Bathers," showcase the post-impressionist artist's distinct use of minimal forms and saturated colors — a style that inspired his contemporaries and continues to do so today.
Works by related artists, such as cubist paintings by Picasso and the impressionist imagery of Pissarro, are also on display in this exhibition that highlights Cezanne as one of the greatest artistic influences of the 20th century.
