This is the 2010 remake of the 1984 mega-hit, now starring Jaden Smith (Will Smith's son) and Jackie Chan. Dre (Smith) relocates to Beijing with his mom Sherry (Taraji P. Henson). Bullied at his new school, Dre tries to fight back but maintenance man Mr. Han (Chan) takes him under his wing to teach him the way of kung fu. I'll admit, the remake beats the original.
