The Czech Republic is often admired for its high-quality picture books, puppetry and animation, but it is perhaps less well-known as a nation that has produced many great movie-poster designs.
Focusing on "Czech Nouvelle Vague" movies from the 1960s as well as Czech posters for American and European films, this exhibition presents 82 movie posters from the late 1950s through the 1980s from the collection of Terry Posters in Prague. It also includes posters that were designed for Japanese films; Aug. 28-Dec. 1.
