An ocean breeze, live music, organic food, ayurvedic massage and yoga with a glorious sunset at your back. You'll have the opportunity to experience all this in Enoshima, Kanagawa Prefecture, this weekend.

Sunset Yoga will be held Oct. 22 and 23 at the foot of Enoshima Sea Candle, the beach town's observation tower/lighthouse. Guests include Nirmal Raji Gyawali, a practitioner of ayurvedic medicine and the owner of yoga studios in Tokyo and Yokohama.

The program, which starts from 10:30 a.m. on Saturday and lasts through 6:30 p.m. on Sunday, includes various types of yoga sessions, including laughter yoga on Saturday and yoga for kids on Sunday. Meditation sessions and live performances by artists of African and North Indian classic music, as well as Japanese taiko (drum) music, are also among the highlights. DJ Madan Guru and African xylophone player Chancey are also among the acts set to perform.

Kailash Villa, a Nepali restaurant in Tokyo offering ayurvedic food; Made in Earth, an organic-cotton-goods store; and a tarot reader, among others, will also set up booths there.

Sunset Yoga takes place in Enoshima, Kanagawa Pref., on Oct. 22 and 23. Admission to the event is free, but participants must pay an entrance fee of ¥200 (¥100 for children) to get into the Enoshima Samuel Cocking Garden, where it will be held.
