The "Festival du Film Francais au Japon" takes place March 15-19 simultaneously in Tokyo and Osaka, showcasing the best in contemporary French cinema.
The opening film of the festival is "Travaux, on sait quand ca commence (Housewarming)," a socially conscious comedy about a Parisian apartment getting a make-over. One of the most eagerly awaited films in the regular program is "Cache," a voyeuristic thriller that stars Daniel Auteil opposite Juliet Binoche.
The "Festival du Film Francais au Japon" runs March 15-19 at Virgin Toho Cinemas in Roppongi Hills, Tokyo, and Cinema Mediage, a 3-minute walk from Odaiba Station on the Yurikamome Line, and at Toho Cinemas, Aruplaza 5F, 1-2-C-501 Akutagawacho, Takatsuki-shi, Osaka.
