Through The Object at Ex'Realm, TDW
For Tokyo Designer Week, Ex'Realm, a pleasant cafe-restaurant hidden behind LaForet in Jingumae, presented an exhibition by Yamaha Product Design Laboratory. With a poetic video installation mixed with Yamaha-designed products, the company was able to explore the value of design in a society where the life cycle of products is reduced to a minimum as the pace of consumerism accelerates.
