Tosca is a cute little French bulldog and pug mix who’s weathered some tough times.
He and three other dogs had been kept on an Osaka balcony, locked out even in the dead of winter. It’s a miracle they didn’t die, but as a consequence, Tosca has a habit of wanting to eat things one wouldn’t normally consider food — when you’re starving, perspectives change.
Jessie is both beautiful and sweet — she doesn't have a home purely due to bad luck.

Other than that, the 6-year-old Tosca has preserved his innocent, loving nature and has an adorable personality typical of pugs: stubborn, smart and super affectionate. He loves being held, snuggling with his favorite blanket, relaxing on a sofa and going for strolls.
Tosca is in Tokyo now, and we’re hoping to find him a warm, loving home by Christmas.
