The handsome Blanco was first featured here in May 2014 and he has, most fortunately, found a home with Canadian Christina Wong, who says she decided to adopt because "I believe adopting to save a life is very important and is the least I can do to help." Blanco, now rechristened YoYo, was always a laid-back cat, and Wong says his personality has been a big help in settling in. "YoYo has an amazing 'catsonality,' " says Tokyo resident Wong. "He has adapted quickly to his new environment and is not shy at all." In fact, she says, YoYo has "grown even more relaxed" and his minor health problems have improved significantly. "He is now eating very well, is very playful and is also a very adorable cat that isn't too shy to show his affection to everyone he meets." YoYo, she says, "has been circus training" and can now jump onto shoulders with amazing accuracy. "He manages to cling around our necks and chill even when we are walking around or doing chores," says Wong. "He is definitely the most clingy, athletic cat I've ever met!"
