Glaccolo is a 4-year-old papillon that, typical of her breed and reflecting the meaning of her name ("butterfly"), is amazingly light on her feet. She flits here and there, as if on delicate wings of soft, wispy fur.
Glaccolo came to ARK due to the allergies of a member of her former family, and the effective desertion was surely bewildering.
Personality-wise, it is said of Glaccolo, "it's hard to fault her." She is fine with children, dogs, cats and cars. Friendly and outgoing, Glaccolo is quiet and in good health. Inquisitive without being a nuisance, she loves attention and is lapping it up and happy once again.
We're hoping that, with a new loving family, she can stay that way.
If you are interested in adopting Glaccolo, email ARK at [email protected] or call 050-1557-2763 Monday to Saturday (bilingual) for more information. Tokyo ARK is an NPO founded by Briton Elizabeth Oliver. It is dedicated to rescuing and rehoming abandoned animals. All animals are vaccinated, neutered and microchipped. Prospective new owners are requested to undergo a screening process.
