Meshibe was one of a number of kittens stuffed in a cardboard box and abandoned. Fortunately, the kittens came to ARK.
Born in March 2013, Meshibe stood out from the others even as a kitten, not only due to her bonnie good looks but also because she was always friendly, always first to rub up against your legs and always ready for a game.
Give her a ball and she'll play her version of soccer with it. Give her a crumpled piece of paper and she'll show you some badminton, Meshibe rules. When she has a visitor at the shelter, she'll cock her head as if to say, "Are you just here to admire or do you want to play?"
Though normally she's quiet and sitting pretty with her big eyes, long tail, tricolor markings and sweet meow, Meshibe knows how to throw the switch on that electrifying feline energy.
Meshibe is best friends with her brother Oshibe, who is also still in the shelter. Though she can go solo, we'd love to find the team a home together.
If you are interested in adopting Meshibe, please email ARK at [email protected] or call 050-1557-2763 Monday to Saturday (bilingual). Tokyo ARK is a nonprofit group founded by Elizabeth Oliver. It is dedicated to rescuing and rehoming abandoned animals. All animals are vaccinated, neutered and microchipped. All prospective new owners are requested to undergo a screening process.
