I drink as much water as possible and take half a day off, if it's during the week. On the weekend I sleep in and have a big breakfast. I take multivitamins everyday, but I definitely need them when I have a hangover.

Headache tablets and a lot of water and a banana are good for a banging headache. For a dodgy stomach, then a breakfast of sausages, bacon, baked beans, and hash browns. Beer works sometimes, but it's a slippery slope.

I've found that eating a lot of starch helps; potatoes, bread, udon. When I was in LA, I would drink V8 vegetable juice -- you can find veggie juice here. As for during drinking, I try to drink as much water as alocohol.

At home I have a routine. I drink water, about four glasses, lots of water in the morning and take four ibu-prophen and lots of greasy food. I don't take it here because it's illegal here, I don't know why -- it's just a normal painkiller.

I put about 4 bananas in the blender with a lot of honey and loads of coffee, blend it up and that helps to start the day. Some people want to sleep all day, but I have to get out and be active -- if I don't it just gets worse.

I never get a hangover because I only drink mineral water, but when I was younger, and was hung over I would drink straight tomato juice and go to the gym and sweat a lot. Also, I would take a hot bath to fix it.
