I think it's very, very good. Even eating day-old sushi is fresher than what I can get at home in Germany, except I don't like natto.

No, because I love snacks. For example the baby-style ramen, which is similar to dried noodles. I also eat chotosu, which is like dried bread with chocolate.

No, because I eat a lot of gyoza, Mos Burger, and more Mos Burger. Especially spicy Mos Cheesburger -- four times a week. I also eat bento.

Mostly it's healthy because I like Japanese food. I don't put much oil or salt or sugar in my food, just simple things like miso soup and rice and fish.

Not healthy, because I live in a very rural area by myself and I tend to go to the 7-11 a lot. I love jagariko, which are like potato chips, but more like sticks and really good.

Yeah, because I eat hospital food. I think it's very nutritious. The food is mainly Japanese- style and I think Japanese food is the healthiest.
