The public is invited to the Swedish Christmas Charity Bazaar Dec. 9, 11 a.m.-3 p.m. at the Embassy of Sweden in Roppongi, Tokyo.
The bazaar will offer traditional Swedish Christmas food, handicrafts and a lottery with many prizes.
The "Queen of Light" and her attendants will sing Christmas carols three times during the event: 12, 1 and 2 p.m. Tickets will be sold at the front desk and seats are limited to 100 per performance.
The event is hosted by the Swedish Women's Educational Association, which has supported such projects as scholarships for the study of Swedish language and culture and a school for children with special needs in English-speaking society.
