This summer, Kamogawa Sea World will offer visitors a chance to play with the park's killer whales, white whales and dolphins.
Three programs will be offered, June 1-Sept. 30: "Friendly Orca," riding on a killer whale; "Fantasy Beluga," dancing with a white whale; and "Wonderful Dolphin," swimming while holding on to a dolphin's fin.
Seven participants can take part in each one-hour program.
The fee is 10,000 yen for Friendly Orca, and 8,000 yen for Wonderful Dolphin and Fantasy Beluga, including admission to the park. An additional 1,000 yen fee for renting a wet suit may also be required.
Participants must be 16-50 years old and capable of swimming the crawl for 50 meters. For reservations, call (0470) 99-1618 after May 17.
