After its two-day meeting ends on Thursday, the Bank of Japan policy board is expected to announce that it has decided to keep rates right where they are — at 0.25%.
“Investors see effectively zero chance of any change in rates, and we agree,” said Matthew Ryan, head of market strategy at Ebury, a London-based financial services company.
