I would like to introduce the city of Osaka and our Osaka Health Care Pavilion.

The Osaka Health Care Pavilion will bring together the power of industry, academia, government and the private sector to present a variety of exhibits from the perspectives of “life” and “health,” all under the theme “Reborn.”
On the main Reborn Experience Route, visitors can meet avatars of themselves 25 years from now generated from their health data and experience what health care and urban life in the future might be like. In addition, a self-moving cardiac muscle sheet made from induced pluripotent stem cells and the Living Heart Model, which symbolically introduces it, is one of the highlights that showcase the potential of regenerative medicine, of which Osaka and the Kansai region are proud, to the world.
XD Hall, where visitors can experience the world of Monster Hunter, a popular video game, will provide a unique and futuristic entertainment experience that uses special augmented reality devices and a 360-degree theater.
Visitors are also urged to explore the Reborn Challenge, which will see more than 400 small and midsize companies and startups display new technologies. The exhibition will feature weekly displays of outstanding ideas and cutting-edge technologies that symbolize Osaka as a city of manufacturing.

Additionally, many events will be held around Osaka in conjunction with the expo. Known as the City of Food and Comedy, Osaka boasts many fascinating places to experience cuisine, history and culture. Osaka was selected as one of the “52 Places to Go in 2025” by the New York Times. Osaka’s main street Midosuji Boulevard, which is usually illuminated with lights and projection mapping only in winter, will be lit up during the expo. We hope you will enjoy the expo and the city of Osaka.
