Minister hopes shared data will transform Japanese corporate culture
“Connected Industries” (CI) aims to create added value and solve a variety of social problems through the connectedness of various data. The concept was first proposed by Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry Hiroshige Seko at CeBIT, one of the world’s largest information technology expos in Germany in March 2017.
The METI Journal asked Seko about future strategy that includes the pervasiveness into industrial circles.
