Japan's Daiya Seto won for the second day in a row when he took the men's 400-meter individual medley at a European Grand Prix meet in Barcelona on Wednesday.
Seto, who won the 200 individual medley on Tuesday, clocked 4 minutes, 12.71 seconds and was one of five Japanese winners in Wednesday's races.
Aya Terakawa also triumphed again, this time in the women's 50-meter backstroke in 28.06. Ayatsugu Hirai won the men's 1,500 meters freestyle in 15:01.81, Yuki Kobori won the men's 200 free in 1:48.50 and Miho Teramura won the women's 200 individual medley in 2:12.17.
Both Terakawa and Seto will compete for Japan at this year's world championships in Barcelona.
